CITY HAUS proposes a sustainable and affordable housing complex in Podgorica, designed as a model of compact urban density and social inclusion. Three buildings organize a permeable network of public and semi-public outdoor spaces that encourage walkability, community interaction, and environmental comfort. A rational modular system improves cost efficiency and enables prefabrication potential, while green roofs, thoughtfully oriented façades, and passive cooling strategies ensure high energy performance and quality of life. With its timeless architectural language, responsible material selection, and strong emphasis on sustainability, the proposal demonstrates that affordability and design excellence can coexist in a contemporary and socially conscious urban development.
